Community Involvement

Jay believes that you are not truly successful unless you are sharing that success with others. He is passionate about giving back to his community through volunteering and leadership.

Baltimore Community ToolBank

Jason currently sits on the board of the Baltimore Community ToolBank, an organization whose mission is to celebrate and strengthen the local community. As a board member, Jason volunteers his time and resources to help the ToolBank achieve their initiatives.

Kate Bell, Trevor Stiltner, Noah Smock (ToolBank Executive Director), and Jay Bell spent the day volunteering at the Baltimore Community ToolBank. Jay’s team cleaned and organized equipment at the ToolBank headquarters in west Baltimore.

Other Community Involvement

Jay has a passion for teaching financial literacy in underserved communities in Baltimore City. In this spirit, he has given numerous presentations at Harbor City Unlimited Clinic. These talks serve to teach patients with mental illness how to manage their finances as part of the clinic’s mission to help patients prepare to live independently.

Jay also raises money each year for Athletes Serving Athletes, and volunteers his time putting together meals for Beans and Bread; a local organization dedicated to serving the homeless population of Baltimore. Additionally, Jason and his wife Kate support numerous non-profits including the Dustin Bauer Memorial Fund, Living Classrooms Foundation, and Baltimore Bully Crew, where they adopted their two rescue dogs Reed and Lily.
